ADMITION 2021-22


1. A candidate will be eligible for Admission to LL.B class he/she has compIeted BA/B.Sc’/ B.Com. or any other bachelor’s degree recognized by LucKnow University with 10+2+3 system and has secured not less than 45% marks at Graduate level. However for SC/ST candidate’s minimum percentage of marks will be 40%.

2. Admission to LL.B. 1* Semester will be made strictly on the basis of the merit list prepared according to percent age of marks. The percentage of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination plus the weightage, if any, for which the candidate is entitled as per University rules. The percentage will be calculated up to three gures
after decimal point.

3. To determine the merit for admission of such candidates who have secured equal marks in the qualifying examination, the percentage of marks secured by the candidates at the intermediate or equivalent Examination will be the determining Fact of merit for admission.

4. If the marks obtained At the intermediate or equivalent Examination by or more Candidates are the same in that case the candidate senior in age will get preference in the merit list.

5. The weight age for girls shall be 5% of marks obtained in qualifying examinations.

6. All disputes regarding interpretation of provisions of this ordinance shall be referred to admission Committee of the college Whose decision shall be nal

7. Rule for admission may change as per University ordinance.

8. Candidate graduate other than MGKVP University shall submit No objection certificate within in a month from the date of admission issued by their department.

9. Candidate graduate other than MGKVP University shall submit Their migration certificate within a month from the date of admission.

10. The student graduate from the other than MGKVP University shall pay the enrollment fee according to the norms of the Lucknow University.


1. One application form will be acceptable for one course.
2. All the documents required along with the application form should be attested by competent authorities.
3. Certificates of SC/ST/OBC should be invariably in prescribed formats and issued by competent authorities.
4. False/forged documents, certificates will invite legal action against the candidate and the admission will stand cancelled.
5. Incomplete application form or forms not enclosed as required will not be accepted.
6. Income certificate should be issued by competent authority.
7. If the candidate selected and admitted for any course does not turn up for his admission/selection will stand cancelled.
8. Refund of fee will be entertained only under the Govt. / University rules.
9. All Matters are Subject to Varanasi Jurisdiction.
